These terms cover the Media Mister digital catalog, ordering requirements, delivery process, refill guarantee, and service limitations for US customers.

The catalog and agreement
Read the selected service description, quantity, public destination requirements, price, and policies before placing an order. A purchase concerns the named digital service and the destination supplied at checkout. By completing an order, the customer accepts these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The catalog includes Instagram followers, views, and Reels likes; Facebook followers, Page likes, and post likes; and TikTok followers and likes. A package does not include another metric unless it is separately ordered. No physical goods are supplied with these services.
Authority to order and destination details
Use a payment method you are authorized to use and order only for a destination you are authorized to use. Do not use the service for unlawful conduct, impersonation, harassment, fraud, or infringement of another person’s rights. Keep the order information accurate.
The checkout process requires an email and public profile or Page details, or a supported username. Views and content likes also require the exact video, Reel, post, or photo link. Check the link before payment. Do not submit a password or login code as a delivery instruction.
USD prices and payment
The US pages show USD reference prices calculated at the supplied rate of 1 AUD = 0.70 USD and rounded to two decimals. The selected quantity and payable total should be reviewed in the live package selector and checkout before the purchase is confirmed.
Card and bank payments are the stated methods, subject to the choices presented at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms or fees. If a payment appears duplicated or incorrect, retain the order record and contact support without sharing full payment credentials in a message.
Delivery start and gradual completion
Orders start delivering within a few hours. Completion follows gradually according to the quantity ordered. The initial delivery is not a promise that every package finishes within a few hours, and no one completion deadline is stated for all counts.
Keep the public destination accessible during delivery. Avoid changing usernames or deleting the selected upload while the order is in progress. Report changes or problems with the order reference and original destination. A correction request does not guarantee that an already-started order can be redirected.
The refill guarantee and refund policy
Refill support is available whenever delivered numbers drop, without a fixed day limit in the stated guarantee. A request identifies the original order, service, and destination. It concerns a qualifying shortfall in that metric rather than a new package or a different account.
Media Mister does not offer voluntary or change-of-mind refunds. The refund and refill policy explains the request process. Nothing in that policy or these terms removes a refund, cancellation, correction, or other remedy required by applicable law.
Platform independence and results
Media Mister is independent of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Platform names identify the destination of the service and do not establish a partnership or endorsement. Customers should review the relevant platform rules before ordering. No claim is made that purchased counts comply with every platform rule or prevent platform action.
Packages concern followers, views, or likes as named. They do not guarantee active audiences, American-origin accounts, city targeting, organic distribution, watch time, comments, leads, sales, sponsorships, monetization, or feature eligibility. Generated dashboard illustrations show fictional profiles and sample counts rather than verified customer outcomes.
Order records, support, and privacy
Retain the confirmation email and purchase reference. A support question should describe the issue and identify the service, quantity, and public destination. Check order tracking and use the contact page for a delivery or refill review.

Legal rights, disputes, and updates
These terms operate only to the extent allowed by applicable law. They do not waive rights that cannot legally be excluded. The available remedy for a service or billing problem depends on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
